ABOUT CARA

My name is Cara and I am the creator of SkyFit. I have lived in Charlotte since elementary school, so the Queen City is home. I am an entrepreneur, wife, and a mother to three children. 

As a child, I took dance classes and attended an arts school. However, at the age of 15, I became pregnant with her my first child, Sky. Once my daughter was born my focus shifted from dance to providing a future for my child. 

I have had personal struggles with weight loss and truly understand what it’s like to be unhappy with your body. I created SkyFit as a safe place for all women to feel welcome, have fun, and get healthier.

I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with 7+ years experience and CPR certified.
